Retainer Fee: A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time. This amount will be fully credited toward your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any adjustments to your appointment. You may reschedule through your confirmation email only if its more than 24 hours notice, if its less than 24 hours a text is required (714) 414-5395

Late Adjustments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, for any reason, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Grace Period: Because Russian manicures require absolute precision and strict timing, we operate on a tight schedule. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late will unfortunately have their appointments canceled to protect the scheduling integrity of subsequent clients.

Intimate Space: Nail Craft Cult is a private, boutique studio designed for relaxation and focus. To maintain this serene atmosphere and ensure safety during high-precision e-file work, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment.

Consultation & Pricing: Custom nail art pricing will be discussed and tailored to your specific vision during your appointment.

Time Constraints: Approval for intricate or complex nail art designs will depend on the time remaining in your booked session. If you are envisioning detailed art, we may not be able to accommodate such intricate artwork due to our time constraints.
