A: No need to worry about removing your set, yourself. We will take care of if safely. Because, this is a foreign removal we do charge an extra fee as extra time is allocated to the appointment depending on the product you have on.

Our self booking system is open 2 months out. The days open up as we progress into the days

Since it's less than 24 hours notice then it will be a cancelation and a new appt with a new deposit will need to be made. If it is more than 24 hours notice we can reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date.

It is best to wait for your nails to heal so that we can gurantee a better service for you. Unfortunately, damaged nails do not hold up as well depending on the severity of damage.
